Dear Customer,
I have been forced to raise shipping fees for the second time in less than two months because the US Post Office reprogrammed their new website for printing priority mail labels on line. In doing so they dropped the online discount from 15% to 3% thus increasing the cost of priority mail by 12% in addition to last January's postage rate increase. This only affects packages that weigh more than 13 oz. which must be shipped by priority mail. I guess this is the post office's way of getting an unannounced rate increase. What a sneaky way to for our government to do business.
