Retail Photo Return Policy:
We must be notified of any damaged photos within 3 business days of their receipt by our
customer by telephone or email. We will give the customer a Return
Authorization Number
(RAN) and our customer must return the damaged photos to us within
10 days of the issuance of the RAN. We will then
inspect the photos and replace any defective photos. We guarantee all photos will be
as accurately displayed as possible on our web page. Any of our photographs that you
are not happy with will be replaced with any photo you choose of equal cost provided the
photographs are returned undamaged and without finger prints. The customer will be
responsible for any repackaging or reshipping costs for undamaged photo
replacements. If you would prefer a refund on a photo you just don't like, there is
a 25% restocking fee with a $6.00 minimum fee. There will be no refunds for special order photos or for
shipping and packing charges.. No package will be accepted without a RAN
clearly marked on the outside of the package.
